Return and Exchange Policy

Leather Hub Online is highly concerned about your satisfaction and experience. Even while we try our best to provide you with the perfect product. Since your satisfaction is crucial to us, a product is always carefully monitored and double tested before shipment. Therefore, we acknowledge that occasionally returns or exchanges are necessary due to unforeseen situations. Our return and exchange policy is very simple. We will be happy to facilitate the return or exchange of any items you need, according to the policies listed below.

General Policy

To facilitate our customers, we have made the terms of our return and exchange policy quite simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Within 3 days of your purchase, you have the option of filing a return or exchange request.
  2. During the execution of the purchase, a confirmation email will be sent with the order details.
  3. The jacket is crafted in accordance with the size once the customer has confirmed it. If the customer does not confirm the additional details within 3 hours, we will proceed with the ordered size.
  4. Please be advised that we don’t have jackets in stock. All jackets, regardless of whether they are made to order or in standard sizes, are made after the order is submitted.
  5. Please refer to the size chart on how to measure yourself to avoid problems with the jacket’s sizing.

In the following conditions, we won’t assess refund or credit orders and are under no obligation to issue a refund or credit:

  1. There will be no alteration of the products by the buyer.
  2. Your viewpoint on something has changed.
  3. You made an unintentional purchase.
  4. You choose to change your mind after more than 7 days.

Requisites for Return

  • Returning the jacket in its original packaging is required.
  • With the tags still attached, the jacket should be in like-new condition.
  • A 7-day money-back or exchange guarantee is offered.
  • We only accept returns via USPS courier service from residents of the USA.

Faulty Items

  • If there is a fault in any specific part of the jacket, kindly send a high-resolution picture of that part along with the jacket itself. The customer is paid back only the price of the product, which doesn’t include the delivery and packaging charges.
  • Moreover, it is preferable that you use the same courier service for sending back the product which had been used by us. In case a different service has been used, the customer must provide us with the tracking number.

Order Cancellation

Canceling an order is only possible if it has not gone too far through the order process. The more time that has gone by, the less likely cancellations can be affected. A cancellation request can be made within 24 hours after order placement via one of the following methods:

  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours. However, if submitted within that timeframe, the whole money will be refunded to the buyer’s account.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order after 24 hours, the following terms and conditions will be applicable:
  1. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, 30% of the total amount you paid will be deducted.
  2. A direct 50% deduction from the total amount paid will be made if the order is canceled three days prior to shipment. After three days of confirmation, there will be no more cancellations accepted.

Exchange a Purchase

  • You may exchange your online purchase from our online store.
  • You must present the transaction ID, order confirmation email, or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Leather Hub Online reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
  • Items purchased at our eBay or Amazon Marketplace online stores cannot be returned or exchanged at our online store.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee is a charge when merchandise is returned. The Restocking is the cost of repackaging and shipping. The amount of the restocking fee depends on the product size, type, and weight.

Special Condition

To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right to not refund the following:

  • An item that has been defaced
  • Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Items that were not purchased directly from Leather Hub Online (for example, items purchased at eBay or Amazon Marketplace online stores or third-party retailers)
  • Items purchased for sale wouldn’t be returned or exchanged.
  • On rare occasions, Leather Hub Online may refuse a return based on the nature of prior transactions.
    We reserve the right to refuse delivery of packages received without a return authorization.

Return Policy for Customized Product

  • For custom orders, we do not accept returns in exchange for compensation. Please note that your unique order was designed just for you. We won’t likely sell it to anyone else and will customize every aspect, including style, material, and accessories, to your preferences.
  • After we have received your jacket, it will take around 15 days before you get the customized product or get your money back.
  • Do mention if you wish the customized product to be shipped to you earlier than 15 days, as in such a case we will deliver the product through our overseas factory, which requires additional costs.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Process Return Item?

  • First, fill out the order return form to file a return or exchange.
  • Mention the Order Number you received when you placed the order.
  • To help you as much as possible, our sales representative will respond to you within 8-10 working hours.
  • We will give you the address of our USA warehouse after your request for a return or exchange is approved. Buyers are requested to mail their packages using their local post office and a tracking number. Returns made by courier providers like FedEx or DHL won’t be accepted.
