1. What Shipping Method Is Available?
Only FedEx shipping services are available because only FedEx offers shipping services to meet your needs.
2. When Will My Order Be Shipped?
If an order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped 24 – 48 hours after the order is confirmed and payment is received. If an order was placed on a Friday prior to 12:00 pm PST, the order will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please note, with expedited shipping it will still take 48 hours to process the order before it ships.

We accept only one payment option: PayPal Online Payment COD (Cash on Delivery is available for orders only within Karachi, Pakistan . This means that we only accept cash upon delivery of the order to you.

Our shipping fees are based directly on FedEx International Priority® rates calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: – Item(s) not available. – Difficulty in processing your payment information. – Cannot ship to address provided. – Duplicate order was placed.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
